Section 138
Throwing missiles
(1) Except for the receipt of a memorandum in accordance with sub-section (3) of Section 135, after the appeal is registered, the court hearing the appeal shall order the relevant court to send the memorandum of such case as soon as possible.
(2) Within three days from the date of receipt of the order according to sub-section (1), the concerned court shall send the missile to the court hearing the appeal.
